ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
You can check in to your apartment at 03.00 pm. On the day of departure please leave your apartment at 10.00 am latest.
Please send us an E-Mail a few days before your arrival and tell us the approximate time of arrival and the exact number of persons. Please let us also know the number of cars. The parking lots are limited.
In the case of later arrival or earlier departure, the room rate will be charged for the respective booked days. If you arrive at the hotel after 08.00 pm, we ask for a telephone call.

LINEN AND DISHES
All linen and dishes are provided on arrival and are included in the price. The apartments are not cleaned during your stay. Towels are changed as required.
BREAKFAST
The breakfast is included in the price of the double rooms. In the apartments you can book breakfast for an extra charge.
SAUNA
Our small but fine sauna invites you to linger. Please note the stated opening hours.
WIFI
Wireless internet is available in all rooms and Apartments, free of charge.
ACCIDENT INSURANCE
The mountain rescue Tirol assures you, your companions and children up to the age of 18, worldwide and for 1 year when rescuing from mountain and water spill. More detailed information: www.bergrettung.tirol.
CANCELLATION
Cancellations are only valid in writing.
For the winter season 2022/23 we have modified cancellation conditions due to the extraordinary situation:
• Free cancellation up to 42 days before
arrival.
• Cancellations 42 days - 30 days before arrival: 40% of the total price.
• Cancellations 30 days - 7 days before
arrival: 70% of the total price.
• Cancellations less than 7 days before
arrival: 90% of the total price.
Cancellations are only valid in writing.

We strongly recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. The European Travel Insurance currently also offers insurance on COVID-19. Please inquire about this directly with Europäische Reiseversicherung.
DEPOSIT
An immediate deposit (free of charge for the recipient - receipt to our account within 7 days of booking) is required to secure your booking. In order to be able to allocate the advance payments, we ask you to state the name, room number and booking period on the deposit note.
