Safe vacation

To be able to guarantee you a safe and carefree vacation is very important to us. The health of our guests and employees has the highest priority. That is why we have revised and strengthened the safety and hygiene measures that are already in place in our company in accordance with the applicable Covid 19 regulations.

 

The measures are continuously adapted to the official requirements of the Austrian Federal Government. Please note that changes can also occur at short notice!

MODIFIED CANCELlation policies 

For the winter season 2021/22 we have modified cancellation conditions due to the extraordinary situation*:

 

• Free cancellation up to 42 days before   

   arrival.

• Cancellations no later than 7 days before

   arrival: 70% of the total price.

• Cancellations less than 7 days before 

  arrival: 90% of the total price.

• In the event of an ACTIVE TRAVEL WARNING

  for the LOCATION Ischgl, you can cancel

  ONE day before your arrival free of charge.

However, this only applies to an upright travel warning. If you cannot start your journey to Ischgl due to official regulations, there are no cancellation fees.

 

We strongly recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. The European Travel Insurance currently also offers insurance on COVID-19. Please inform yourself directly via the following link:

Health & Care

  • All areas of the hotel are regularly disinfected with the highest quality disinfectants.

  • Disinfectant dispensers can be found in all public areas such as the hotel entrance, ski room, sauna, breakfast room and reception area.

  • "High-Touch-Points" are regularly disinfected (e.g. doorknobs, elevator buttons, reception surfaces, credit card terminals)

  • Passenger lifts may only be used alone or with people belonging to the household.

  • Please always keep a minimum distance of 1.5 meters in public areas.

  • The FFP2 mask is recommended in all public areas in our house.

  • We ask you to avoid "shaking hands".

3-G rULE in Austria

  • Entry into Austria: 3G proof

  • from 5 March only applies:

  • FFP2 mask in public transport and in stores for daily needs: e.g. supermarket, post office, bank, pharmacy
    Exception children: up to 6 no mask obligation, from 6-14 mouth-nose cover

Measures in Ischgl

The experience on the mountain will also be slightly different this season.

Experts have developed a concept to ensure the health and safety of guests and employees.
